In 2025, MOM Packaging launched its MyMOM platform. The objective was simple: to bring together in one place all the information a manufacturer needs to run and maintain their machine fleet.
Until then, this information was scattered. Paper manuals, e-mail exchanges for parts, production data accessible only on the machine. MyMOM centralises everything, and makes each piece of information accessible in a single click.
What is the MyMOM platform?
MyMOM is the centralised customer space developed by MOM. It is a digital portal that gives manufacturers direct access to all the data and documents relating to their machine fleet.
The platform is built around three main uses: production monitoring, documentation and spare parts management, and integration with the customer’s IT systems.
Monitoring production and analysing performance
MyMOM is fed in real time by data from the SmartConnect by MOM module. The customer has two levels of reading.
A 7-day summary dashboard
The dashboard displays actual production times and the number of doses or bottles produced. It provides an overview of major incidents, such as jams or stoppages. It also offers quick access to the machine’s manuals.
A detailed hour-by-hour report
The detailed report breaks down the machine’s activity over the day. It shows operating time by time slot, the duration of stoppages, and the complete list of faults with their exact duration.
A process optimisation tool
This data serves to analyse drops in throughput. It makes it possible to identify targeted malfunctions, remotely. A common example: recurring errors occurring on the night shift become visible and correctable. Data becomes a lever for continuous improvement.
Managing documentation and ordering spare parts
MyMOM digitalises and simplifies equipment maintenance. No more paper binders and back-and-forth e-mails.
Manuals and technical documentation
The customer accesses the diagrams and documentation binders for their machines directly. Everything is available online, up to date, in a single click.
An interactive spare parts catalogue
The platform lists all the wear parts drawn from the manuals. Each part is presented with dedicated visuals and images. Identification becomes far simpler than with plain exploded views.
Online quotation requests
The customer selects the parts they need. They generate a purchase request directly from the platform. This request is sent to MOM’s pricing department, which prepares the quotation. The process is faster and free of reference errors.
Integrating MyMOM into your IT system via REST API
Constantly consulting a web portal is not always practical for a manufacturer. MyMOM therefore offers a documented REST API.
This API makes it possible to export production data and machine status in JSON format. The customer thus connects MyMOM directly to their ERP. Machine data flows into the tools their teams already use, with no double entry or manual consultation.
This is a differentiating point. Few dosing machine manufacturers offer such open integration with their customers’ IT ecosystem.
A platform that keeps growing
MyMOM evolves regularly. Several complementary modules are planned to complete the offering.
- Service request management: a ticketing space where the customer will be able to submit and track their technical support requests directly from their portal.
- Electronic invoicing: the centralisation and online consultation of all customer invoices.
These developments follow the same logic: giving the customer autonomous, centralised access to everything concerning their machines.

MyMOM extends a conviction MOM Packaging has held since 1927: a machine’s performance does not stop at delivery. It also plays out in monitoring, maintenance, and parts availability throughout its lifetime.
